Wouldn't you like to know what is going through Pickles' and Stella's and the squirrel's mind? Perhaps they would like to get together and play a game of cards, or take a quiet walk around the yard? Hmmm, probably not....
I think they are probably wondering why the squirrel doesn't have a hat on ;) just kidding! They are probably like: Stella: Man I hate squirrels! Pickles: Yeah too bad we can't get to him.... Stella: Hey go ring the bell and act like you have to potty...then we'll go out and get him! Pickles: Yeah Yeah!
Very likely scenario. If Stella does the same maneuver she did on the rat in the compost pile, I feel sorry for the squirrels she may encounter. Pickles is just a tag-along; she gets bored pretty quickly with the nature watching. :)
